Revit Modeller

Due to the strong growth of energy transition projects within WSP Power & Energy, our Structural Engineering & Design group is further expanding its team. We are currently looking for a Revit Modeller for High Voltage Substations to strengthen our team in Arnhem.

You will work on the digital development of high voltage substations and energy infrastructure projects that are essential for a reliable and sustainable energy supply.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who wants to contribute to the further development of our modeling activities within the Power & Energy business unit.

In this position, you are responsible for setting up, managing, and developing high-quality BIM models for high voltage substations and related energy infrastructure.

You will be involved in:

· Contributing to some of the most important infrastructure projects supporting the energy transition.

· Modeling new high voltage substations, expansions of existing stations, and supporting civil, electrical, and structural constructions.

· Developing designs in Revit during all project phases, focusing on Basic Design, but also detailed design and Construction Design.

· Collaborating with civil, structural, primary, and secondary engineers within multidisciplinary project teams.

· Identifying, analyzing, and resolving model conflicts and clashes.

· Contributing to BIM coordination and model integration between different disciplines.

· Developing and improving BIM standards, templates, and work processes.

· Working according to the principles and information management processes of ISO 19650.

· Supporting colleagues in applying Revit, BIM methodologies, and digital work processes.

· Working in cloud-based platforms such as Autodesk Forma and other Common Data Environments.

· Continuously further developing your technical and digital skills through challenging projects, guidance, and training.

Depending on your ambitions and experience, you will receive opportunities to grow into roles such as BIM Coordinator, Structural Designer, or Project Leader within WSP's (international) Power & Energy organization.

· An enthusiastic and driven modeler with approximately 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience, who wants to further develop his or her career within an international organization.

· A completed technical education at MBO-4 or HBO level, for example in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

· At least two years of experience with Revit within a professional project environment.

· Affinity with infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects is a plus.

· Experience with Autodesk Forma is a plus.

· Experience with BIM processes and multidisciplinary collaboration is a plus.

· Strong technical skills and the ambition to further develop yourself.
