Senior Concrete Structural Engineer

In addition, you bring the following:

• a completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in civil structures;

• ten years or more of experience in the analysis, design, and testing of infrastructural structures;

• demonstrable knowledge of concrete structures.

• You will work on the design, analysis, and testing of complex civil structures within infrastructure.

• You will provide structural expertise for leading projects such as Knooppunt Amstel, the Suurhoffbrug, and the HSL.

• You will share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the further development of the field.

As a senior structural engineer, you are an important technical link within multidisciplinary project teams. You will work on structural designs, recalculations, and technical analyses, primarily of concrete structures. In doing so, you provide a technical contribution in various project phases, from exploration and design to realization and maintenance. Together with structural engineers, advisors, design leaders, and modelers, you develop integral solutions for complex issues. You will work for clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, provinces, municipalities, and contractors on diverse infrastructural projects. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced colleagues, actively share knowledge within the organization, and help further strengthen our expertise. You will also be given all the space to further develop yourself as a specialist and advisor, including support for registration in the Constructeursregister.
