As Design Lead, you are the one who provides direction to the structural design of our most challenging projects. You combine technical expertise with leadership and ensure that every detail is correct. You are the point of contact for colleagues, clients, and partners, and you safeguard the quality and safety of our designs.

Concretely, this means you:
Lead and monitor the structural design, from concept to execution.
Advise on innovative and sustainable solutions within projects.
Collaborate with project teams and external partners to achieve the best result.
Guarantee the quality and safety of structures according to the highest standards.
Fulfill a coaching role towards junior and medior structural engineers.

• Lead and monitor the structural design, from concept to execution; here you also take on a role as Lead Structural Engineer, where you coach and guide others throughout the project.
• Advise on innovative and sustainable solutions within projects, such as Tennet 2GW land stations that have a visible impact on our living environment.
