• A good salary between € 4,669.00 7,382.00,- gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience

• Responsible for the organizational management of the (multidisciplinary) Design & Integration department
• Works closely with the Engineering Project Leads and the Teamleads of other departments (both from RDNL and potentially other Rheinmetall locations domestically and abroad)
• Implementation of Engineering standards, methods, procedures, etc.
• Planning and allocating design and engineering activities
• Providing knowledge for design and construction and offering support with problems
• Guiding employees, conducting planning, performance, and appraisal interviews, and agreeing on development trajectories tailored to these
• Coordinating specific development trajectories for the various roles within the Design and Integration team
• (Having) quality problems and improvement opportunities addressed

This is an interim position.

• Minimum HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and/or thinking level
• An education in a technical field
• Knowledge of automated software and process control systems
• Familiar with project-based working and management techniques
• Familiar with product and contract specifications
• Familiar with working according to (quality) processes and procedures
• Familiar with the various tasks within the systems engineering role
• Language proficiency in speech and writing: Dutch and English; German is a plus
