In the role of Integral Civil | Infra | Marine | Industrial Design Lead, you will be involved from the very first sketch in challenging projects such as bridges, quays, and industrial complexes. You lead the design process, manage a strong team, and ensure that engineering, costs, and planning come together perfectly. You are the connecting factor between the client, the design team, and execution.

What will you do?

•  You establish a strong project organization with a clear division of tasks
• You uncover the true client requirement and translate it into a feasible design
• You monitor quality, costs, and planning and adjust where necessary
• You safeguard processes and systems such as BIM, DMS, and SE
•  You maintain the overview and ensure that all parties remain aligned
