Construction Planner Residential Construction

To supplement our team, we are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Planner. As a Planner at Ufkes, you will work on progressive residential construction projects where innovation and quality are central. Your location will be our beautiful and easily accessible office in Apeldoorn.

As a Planner at Ufkes, you will have a diverse range of tasks and will proactively contribute to the further development of work preparation within Ufkes. All projects are fully developed in BIM during the preparation phase. You will play a key role in this process and ensure that everything is prepared to perfection.

And furthermore:

• Applying LEAN tools to further optimize processes and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project realization;

• Identifying, registering, and handling extra and reduced work, and monitoring budgets and schedules;

• Coordinating all preparatory activities within our residential construction projects and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers;

• Providing substantive input for the 3D modeling of working drawings and supporting the modeling process in collaboration with BIM modelers, architects, structural engineers, and advisors;

• You actively contribute to a positive and professional team dynamic.

You are a driven personality, easy to approach, and a true self-starter. You show initiative and are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders.

In addition, you bring the following:

• A completed degree in Civil Engineering / Building Technology;

• Experience with MS-Office, Revit, Powerproject, KYP, Trimble Connect, and 4PS. Do you not have experience with all of these yet? No problem, we are happy to help you master these tools;

• Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• An availability of 36 - 40 hours per week.
