Construction Planner Utrecht

In the preparation phase at Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling, you will provide technical and organizational support for our large, high-quality construction projects in the Utrecht region as a Construction Planner. In consultation with the project manager, you will perform a project analysis. You are responsible, among other things, for the planning and the creation and checking of 3D production drawings. You will also prepare overviews of additional and reduced work and independently create work estimates. You ensure that execution is optimally supported and guarantee the timely delivery of equipment, goods, and services.

We work closely with external parties such as advisors, (permanent) partners, subcontractors, and suppliers. You connect the various parties with each other and ensure good coordination of the activities. The management lies in your hands and you master the process optimally. Do you enjoy, for example, also looking in at other departments, such as planning or procurement? Or do you have other suggestions? We are open to your ideas, we would even love to hear them!

Of course, you will not fulfill this fun job alone. You have a great team around you of fellow construction planners, the project manager, and of course the site managers and our skilled tradespeople. • You are an expert in monitoring progress, drawing management, and complete data provision; a team player who dares and seeks opportunities to achieve the best result together

• Completed mbo/hbo education in Civil Engineering and at least 4 years of work experience in a similar position within (utility) residential construction

• You have knowledge of execution methodologies, construction law, and building regulations
