• At least 3 years of experience at a (medium) sized contractor in a role as a planner or project engineer, project coordinator, or (head) site manager.

What you will do as a concrete construction work preparer

• Ensuring a good foundation with work and inspection plans and schedules, so that the realization of a project proceeds smoothly.
• In doing so, coordinating internally with, among others, fellow work preparers, the project manager, environmental managers, ecologists, and the sustainability coordinator. And externally with partners such as the client, subcontractors, and permit providers.
• Organizing that parties from whom we purchase services or materials receive the correct documents regarding the scope and boundary conditions for time, quality, and safety in a timely manner.
• Monitoring costs during execution and, in consultation with the project manager, reserving extra budgets for additional and reduced work.
• Ensuring interim reports and the handover file.

• An attractive gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,700 (depending on knowledge and experience) for a full-time employment (40 hours).
• Good employment conditions according to the CAO Bouw & Infra for UTA employees (Technical Administrative Executive), including 20 vacation days and 10 non-working days, a monthly payment of 4.96% UTA days budget, and a 2.3% sustainable employability budget.
