Are you a Mechanical Engineering Work Preparer and do you enjoy working on large residential construction projects? At Van Hoften Installatietechniek in Eindhoven, you ensure that installers in the field are well-prepared to get to work. From materials and planning to technical information: you ensure everything is correct and arranged on time.

You will receive a lot of responsibility, work directly with project management and execution, and see your preparation reflected in new homes throughout the Southern Netherlands.

As a Mechanical Engineering Work Preparer Residential Construction, you form the link between project management and the installers on the construction site. You look ahead, maintain an overview, and ensure that execution does not come to a standstill because something is missing.

You will, among other things:

• Prepare residential construction projects technically and organizationally.

• Calculate, extract, and order materials.

• Draw up and monitor project schedules.

• Ensure that materials, resources, and technical information are available on time.

• Coordinate daily with project management, suppliers, and execution.

• Identify technical bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions.

• Support the execution during various phases of the project.

• Experience with residential construction or as a Work Preparer is a plus.
