Work Preparer in the Netherlands

• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) € 4,000 to € 5,700 - based on your background and experience

• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week

Do you have experience in the work preparation of civil engineering projects? We would like to offer you the opportunity to further develop yourself as a work preparer within the South region (Dordrecht). Think of projects such as the construction of a new railway underpass in Schiedam, a new energy substation, or a sewage treatment plant on Goeree-Overflakkee. Will you help build the energy transition, infrastructure, and water quality of your region?

As a work preparer, you are the pivot in our projects; the link that effortlessly connects design, execution, and project control. You ensure that everything is correct: from planning to execution. Even in the design phase, you contribute your ideas, so that a safe, smart, feasible, and efficient plan is in place that can be realized within time, quality, and budget.

You are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and guidance of the project. You use your technical expertise and market knowledge to arrive at the right working method and planning. In doing so, you ensure that internal processes run smoothly and you actively involve subcontractors and suppliers to achieve a good result together. In short: you are the connector who ensures that everything runs smoothly - from the first sketch to the final delivery point.

You do not do this alone. You work together with various colleagues on the project, with whom you share your knowledge and experience. And because we are a large company, you contribute not only to the success of your own project, but also to the development of work preparation within the entire organization. Our work preparation department regularly comes together to share knowledge and exchange experiences.
