As a Site Planner, you will work on high-quality residential construction projects, from houses to apartment buildings. You ensure everything is correct before the first shovel hits the ground: from technical preparation to coordination with internal and external parties. You monitor processes, ensure timely delivery of materials, and communicate clearly with the team.

We are looking for a future maker who prepares projects in a modern and innovative way. As a connecting factor within the project team, you contribute to a smooth course on the construction site. You will be given space to develop yourself and work together on the most beautiful projects!

• An MBO/HBO diploma in Civil Engineering

• Several years of relevant work experience in house or apartment construction

• You love structure and get energy from tight planning and smart organization, you are results-oriented and entrepreneurial

• You possess good communication skills

• Ideally, you are familiar with working with BIM models or are eager to learn and want to learn this
