As Foreman Lightrail & Industry, you are responsible for the daily management of your crew and ensure that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Together with your colleagues, you work on the construction, renewal, and maintenance of rail infrastructure for trams, metros, and industrial rail connections in the Rotterdam region.

Your activities are very diverse and can consist of:

• Leading and guiding a team of technicians at the workplace;

• Coordinating work on tram tracks, metros, locks, and container terminals;

• Monitoring the quality, safety, and progress of projects;

• Organizing materials, equipment, and personnel on location;

• Identifying and resolving deviations and bottlenecks during execution;

• Performing rail works and supporting the crew where necessary.

In short: a responsible and varied position in which you are involved in both hands-on and coordinating tasks.

• A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment;

• A good salary of € 3,125 - up to € 4,400 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience);

• No fewer than 48 days off: 25 vacation days and 23 rostered days off;

• A personal van for commuting including tools;
