At our site, 400 to 600 trucks carrying returns race in daily.

You are the one who manages this enormous process effectively.
As a Foreman, you are the conductor of a complex logistical operation. You ensure that your team is sharp, processes run tightly, and KPIs are not just met, but massively exceeded.

You see what others miss: you prevent problems before they even arise, maintain an overview in the chaos, and know exactly when to switch gears.
With your leadership, the operation remains powerful, efficient, and reliable, even on the busiest days.

Leading your team:

• You allocate the work, give clear instructions, and monitor whether everything proceeds according to plan.
• Under your leadership, everyone knows what needs to be done and it gets done.

Process optimization and problem-solving:

• Where others stall, you step up. You recognize bottlenecks, tackle disruptions, and keep the process running under maximum pressure.
• You think three steps ahead and ensure that the operation never stagnates.

Supporting and replacing the Supervisor:

• You are the Supervisor's right hand—and you take over their role when necessary.
• The operation continues because you maintain the overview and dare to make decisions.

Management of product flows:

• You monitor the entire logistical process: receipt, sorting, storage, cleaning, and shipping.
• You intervene when something deviates and keep the quality ready for top-level performance.

Safety and quality:

• You build a team culture in which safety, capacity, and quality are taken for granted.
• Under your leadership, work is performed professionally, safely, and with pride.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who gets energy from coordinating a team and streamlining logistical processes. In this position, you are the point of contact for your employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly, even when it is busy or unexpected challenges arise. You are the one who maintains the overview, can switch gears quickly, and proactively proposes solutions before problems escalate.
Additionally, you are someone who can motivate, direct, and coach others, and who considers it important that employees can perform their work safely, efficiently, and with pleasure. You feel responsible for your team's performance, think ahead, and have an eye for both operational processes and the development of your employees.

You possess:

• You have an MBO working and thinking level;
• You have at least one year of leadership experience in a logistical or production environment;
• You have a good command of the English language;
• You are available for a three-shift service;
• You are a natural leader with strong coaching skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

• A salary between €2,700 and €3,100, depending on experience;
• A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment;
