Then you are the Site Manager we are looking for at Veluwezoom Verkerk Bouw. No project is the same; interacting with residents and creating custom solutions makes your role challenging and varied.

As a Renovation and Transformation Site Manager, you ensure that the project runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan every day. With your leadership, overview, and technical knowledge, you manage your team, subcontractors, and processes, and you are the primary point of contact for everyone on and around the project. Think, for example, of the sustainability improvements of over 120 homes in Utrecht and 182 homes in Nijmegen.

You motivate and guide the team of construction site employees and partners. You can switch gears quickly, and that suits our dynamic organization well! One moment you are analyzing safety on the construction site, only to then prepare a planning session with the project manager. Your focus lies on executing the work safely, well, and efficiently, but you also ensure that contact with residents in the neighborhood runs smoothly and pleasantly.

And furthermore:

• You monitor quality, progress, personnel, and materials and solve challenges practically: from unexpected asbestos to wood rot. You ensure tight planning, monitor costs, and adjust where necessary;

• You ensure that safety regulations are complied with during construction and you make an active contribution to safety awareness;

• You identify, register, and monitor extra and reduced work, and you draw up 6-week schedules and manage risks during execution;

• You organize various planning meetings, such as the project start-up, the joint planning session (GPS), and the weekly and daily starts.

To be up-and-running quickly, you bring several years of experience as a Site Manager in the execution of renovation and transformation projects. You are able to motivate your team in a coaching manner to achieve the best result together.

You naturally have an eye for your surroundings and also know how to address residents in a pleasant manner and provide explanations where necessary.
