Are you a down-to-earth go-getter with a passion for renovation and sustainability? Do you get energy from working in occupied homes, right in the heart of the neighborhood, where your craftsmanship is immediately visible to residents?
From our office in Hengelo, we work on diverse renovation and sustainability projects in the Eastern Netherlands: from high-rise walk-up flats in Hengelo city center to 1960s terraced houses in villages or detached homes in the countryside. Currently, we are working, among other places, in the Spiegelstraat in Hengelo, Drakensteijn in Almelo, and Varvik Enschede.
Projects with real social impact, where people continue to live while you improve their living comfort and future-proofing.
This will be your job
You can be found on the construction site daily, managing the renovation from A to Z. Projects often take place in an occupied state, where you maintain oversight and switch effortlessly between tradespeople, residents, supply chain partners, and clients. You work with fixed teams and in long-term collaborations with housing corporations. No days behind a laptop, but outside among your people, where you know what works. Especially when practice differs from the schedule on paper. Together, you ensure that renovation projects are completed on time and according to the highest standards.
You monitor planning, safety, quality, personnel, and materials, and solve challenges practically: from unexpected wood rot to hidden asbestos. No two projects are the same; diverse work and customization make your role challenging and varied.
Why this is such a great job:
You make a direct impact: better homes, lower energy costs, and satisfied residents.
You primarily work in your own region, right in the heart of the neighborhood.
You are part of close-knit, multidisciplinary teams that continuously work together smarter and more efficiently.
We encourage innovation, bio-based and circular applications, everyday improvements, and all your ideas for improvement.
We celebrate successes and milestones together - team pride is central.
In short: are you that site manager who combines craftsmanship, leadership, and an eye for the resident? Then we offer you work you can be proud of, today and tomorrow.
