Technical Project Developer

We are looking for a technical project developer. You will become the pivot in the technical development of our projects. You will combine your knowledge of construction technology and project management with project development, working closely with the management, commercial developers, and external partners. You will be given a lot of freedom to shape your role and will be responsible for:

• The technical coordination of our projects: ensuring that all technical aspects of a project meet our requirements, as well as laws and regulations;

• Project development: collaborating with fellow developers, architects, and contractors to guide projects from concept to execution;

• Quality and Risk Management: monitoring technical quality, costs, and planning, as well as identifying and managing development and construction risks;

• Stakeholder management: maintaining contact with internal teams, tenants / users / and external parties such as municipalities and suppliers;

• Innovation and Sustainability: researching and applying new techniques and sustainable solutions in projects.

We are looking for someone who has the technical background, but who also knows, or wants to get to know, the commercial side of the real estate market.
