At Aveco de Bondt, we work with pleasure and ambition on a living environment that is ready for the future. For our Urban Development Project Management team, we are looking from the beginning of 2027 for a committed and proactive Assistant Project Manager Urban Development. Someone who gets energy from complex spatial challenges, brings structure to dynamic processes, and supports our project managers in realizing inspiring urban projects.
Do you want to contribute to sustainable, livable, and well-organized urban developments - and are you not afraid to take responsibility? Then this is your chance.
As Assistant Project Manager Urban Development, you will work on integrated area and location developments. You will support project managers in both substantive and process-related activities, and fulfill an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly. You will work on infrastructural and civil engineering projects, inner-city transformations, redevelopments, and expansion locations, while liaising with municipalities, developers, advisors, and internal specialists.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Supporting project managers in process and project control;
Assisting with tender processes, including preparing documents and collecting input;
Handling invoicing, planning, document management, archiving, and reporting;
Monitoring project processes and deadlines - you maintain an overview, signal issues in a timely manner, and ensure the team can move forward;
Coordinating internal and external alignment, including sessions with stakeholders and government bodies;
Actively thinking along about opportunities within projects as well as commercial possibilities in the market;
Collaborating with colleagues from, among others, Spatial Planning, Urban Design & Landscape, Mobility, and Water.
Graduated at HBO or WO level, for example in the direction of urban planning, public administration, real estate, technical business administration, civil engineering, or a similar field;
Accurate, structured, and strong in organizing;
Communicatively skilled and good at collaborating with different disciplines and stakeholders;
Someone with between 3 and 5 years of work experience within the field
Proactive and commercially minded - you see opportunities and know when to switch gears;
Someone who gets energy from process monitoring and supporting complex projects;
Enthusiastic to grow towards (assistant) project management within the world of urban development.
Social: Together you achieve more. You are involved, know how to connect people, and are open to other perspectives. You find it important to work in an environment where collaboration, fun, and respect are central;
Pragmatic: You love to get stuck in and look for solutions that actually work. No endless theoretical stories, but concrete results that benefit the client and the environment;
Entrepreneurial: You have courage and see opportunities where others might see obstacles. You think ahead, dare to propose new ideas, and take the initiative to shape the future.
Working on leading and socially relevant urban developments;
A suitable salary between €3,700 and € 5,300;
A team in which collaboration, knowledge sharing, and fun are central;
A lot of responsibility and room to grow towards Project Manager Urban Development;
A hybrid working environment with Eindhoven as the base location
Room for professional and personal development;
