With your architectural expertise and communication skills, you advise not only the project team but also clients and partners to arrive at a feasible plan.

In short: You are the connecting factor between technology, quality, and process, ensuring that projects run smoothly and successfully. You can immediately add value to several beautiful (construction team) projects that are in the pipeline.

Through your insight into technology and regulations, you prevent surprises and create calm in the process. You assess the feasibility of projects in terms of technology, executability, quality, planning, budget, and regulations (architectural and building physics). You translate the sketch design into a technical description and drawings and work closely with the project leader for planning preparation and the cost experts. Additionally, you advise clients, project developers, and design partners on crucial decisions to ensure the process runs smoothly. Your knowledge and insight ensure that projects are not only feasible but also future-proof.

We expect that, as a basis, you will bring the following to this role:

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking (architecture/civil engineering) and several years of experience;

• You like to seek out precision, take initiative, and manage the process;

• You work with BIM and have knowledge of model checking based on ILS (for example, Solibri);

• You are entrepreneurial, pragmatic, result-oriented, and a true team player.
