We produce this in our factories in Coevorden and Laar (D) and it is assembled on the construction site; an efficient and sustainable process that we are constantly optimizing.

Westo is looking for a team leader for our production location in Coevorden.

As team leader, you will lead production employees at the Westo location in Coevorden. Here, we primarily make high-quality prefab concrete elements used for facades and main load-bearing structures of offices, residential towers, apartments, and houses. These are assembled on the construction site; an efficient and sustainable process that we are constantly optimizing.

As team leader, you ensure every day that the elements flow streamlined through the production line within the agreed timelines and that they meet the set quality standards. Daily, you coordinate the work with your team, the production manager (your supervisor), the quality employees, the concrete plant, the warehouse, and the crane operators. You also ensure the availability of all data (drawings, etc.) before and during production.

We find it important that the working environment is safe and healthy; as team leader, you continuously manage this. You also participate in work, health & safety, and environmental consultations. You are responsible for the order and cleanliness of the production halls. After all, working in a clean and safe environment makes working a lot more pleasant and safer for your team every day!

• Preferably a completed MBO education

• Leadership experience; you enjoy managing a team

• Good communication skills in conversations with project leaders, team members, and colleagues

• You are able to switch gears quickly and make decisions

• You are good at planning and organizing; every day the work is different and you know how to manage this

• You work safely and with environmental awareness

• You are flexible to work extra occasionally and participate in shifted shifts
