Home Delivery Team Leader at Jumbo. That means quite a lot, because at our HUB in Dordrecht, you will lead a team of about 100 delivery drivers together with the location manager and two other team leaders. In this way, you are responsible for the daily delivery of more and more groceries. Your starting point is, and remains, that 100% customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction come first. Every single delivery.

With you as our new Delivery Service Team Leader, we at Jumbo can truly arrive in our customers' homes. It is a great, dynamic, and exciting position in which you provide (more) value. You do this by being on the work floor a lot; that is your 'home'. You know what is happening in your team and you are clear about how the delivery drivers should do their work. Thanks to you, orders are delivered on time, in full, and to the satisfaction of our customers. In this way, you contribute to daily delivery pleasure. Naturally, both for the customer who does their fun grocery shopping with us and for our delivery drivers.

• Directing, coaching, and developing your delivery drivers;
• Solving possible operational problems. The role of the team is important in this, and when necessary, you push through smartly, decide quickly, and are decisive;
• Creating, maintaining, and explaining understandable work instructions and clear procedures;

• Minimum mbo4 work and thinking level;
• Multiple years of work experience in a logistics and/or retail environment;
• At least two years of leadership experience;
• As a team leader, you work shifts between 07:00 and 20:00.

• A gross salary between €3,100 and €4,000 per month (based on 40 hours);

• An allowance for your travel expenses (€ 0.21 cents per kilometer with a max. of 35 kilometers one way).
