Team Leader

For our location in Oudewater, we are looking for a Team Leader who ensures structure, oversight, and great cooperation on the work floor.

In this position, you are responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of employees within our organization. Additionally, you ensure that daily activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to the established quality standards.

You are visibly present on the work floor, maintain oversight, and are the first point of contact for your employees. You know how to motivate employees and ensure that everyone can get the best out of themselves. Together with fellow team leaders and other departments, you work continuously on an optimal operation, improve processes where possible, and ensure that objectives and yields are realized.

This is what you will do

• You are responsible for managing and coaching a team of employees

• You are responsible for personnel planning, time tracking, and efficient staffing of the departments;

• You supervise the correct execution of recipes, production settings, and process instructions;

• You ensure that processes are carried out according to the applicable quality, safety, and company guidelines.

• You identify bottlenecks and actively submit improvement proposals.

• You work closely with fellow team leaders and other departments to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly.

• You discuss the KPIs with your team and stimulate a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Team Leader who is proactive, stress-resistant, organized, and communicatively skilled.

Furthermore, you have or are:

• MBO 4 working and thinking level.

• Experience in a leadership position or the ambition to grow into a leadership role.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• You are communicatively strong, proactive, and know how to connect people.

• You can maintain good oversight and remain calm under pressure.

Your workday starts at approximately 10:00 AM. The end time is flexible and depends on the progress of the work.
