Project Support Officer Public Transport Hub Haarlem

Are you an administrative superstar who loves making a difference in a technical and dynamic working environment? For the Haarlem Spaarnepoort public transport hub project, we are looking for a project support officer who provides structure and oversight.

As a project support officer, you play a key role in the facility matters and information flows within the project. You ensure that all sorts of things are in order and that the team always works with the correct and up-to-date information.

• Setting up and managing the document management system

• Organizing and monitoring document flows (control rounds, acceptance, release)

• Scheduling meetings and supporting colleagues

• Correspondence with the client

• Purchasing site and office supplies

You will be part of the project control team and work closely with the design and execution teams.

You ensure that the documentation is and remains structured, complete, and audit-proof. In doing so, you continuously coordinate with project team members regarding the status, quality, and progress of documents.

• You work in a structured and accurate manner, and are organizationally strong

• You communicate clearly and know how to engage stakeholders

• Experience with information management systems (such as SharePoint, Forma / ACC, Relatics or VISI)

• Digitally proficient and quickly masters new systems

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
