At De Groot Vroomshoop Bouwsystemen, you will work on sustainable timber construction projects where you are the connecting link between preparation and execution.

As a project leader/project preparer, you come into play once the project manager has completed the preparation to bring the project into execution. Together with the team (foreman, work preparer, and engineer), you ensure an execution structure.

You will be involved in:

• The technical elaboration of projects

• The procurement of materials and subcontractors

• Coordination with the foreman, work preparer, and engineer

• The drafting and monitoring of the execution schedule

• The coordination of subcontractors during construction

• The resolution of practical and technical issues

You work closely with the project team and ensure that the project enters the construction phase smoothly and proceeds well once there.
