As a site manager, you are the face on the construction site. You lead the team daily, monitor progress, and ensure that safety, quality, and planning go hand in hand.
What you'll do
This is what you will do
You will work daily on the future of our surroundings close to home.
That means you:
Direct and coordinate the construction process, from start to completion.
Guide and support teams of skilled tradespeople, so that everyone knows what needs to be done.
Efficiently deploy materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Monitor quality, safety, and planning and resolve problems immediately.
Communicate with project managers, work preparers, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
What you bring
Experience as a site manager in residential or civil engineering construction.
Practical and solution-oriented, with an eye for detail.
Leadership skills and a good overview of planning, materials, and safety.
Strong communicator, able to switch easily with colleagues in the office and on the construction site.
Drive to make projects a success and contribute to a better living environment in our region.
