Site Supervisor

At the Van Dam Groep, we work on challenging projects; think of new construction of office buildings, sustainable homes and apartments, theaters, and swimming pools. But we also work on the transformation or sustainability of existing buildings. To manage these projects at our construction sites, we are looking for an enthusiastic site manager. As a site manager, you are the point of contact for both our technicians, your colleagues in the office, and our partners. Your goal is to complete every construction project without any outstanding points together with your team.

• coordinating the daily activities on the project and monitoring quality;

• you are responsible for the execution of both mechanical and electrotechnical installations within our projects;

• you determine the deployment of technicians on the various projects in consultation with the project leader;

• you identify additional and reduced work;

• you establish final drawings and provide data for as-built drawings.

• as a site manager, you are a true team player and show initiative. With your flexible attitude and your stress resistance, you will hold your own in this position.

• furthermore, it would be nice if you possess:

• organizational and leadership skills;

• at least an MBO level of working and thinking;

• all-round knowledge and experience in installation and/or electrotechnics;

• knowledge of MS office.
