At APH B.V. in Hoogblokland, we produce asphalt daily for infrastructural projects throughout the Netherlands. As Plant Manager, you ensure that our asphalt plant performs optimally from a technical standpoint. With your knowledge of installations, maintenance, and process improvement, you contribute directly to safe, reliable, and sustainable production.

As Plant Manager, you hold ultimate technical responsibility for the functioning of the asphalt plant. You focus on the reliability, availability, and performance of the installations and work daily on improving processes and technology.

You are highly present at the plant, coordinating with operators, mechanics, suppliers, and external maintenance parties, and you ensure that maintenance work is carefully prepared and executed. Thanks to your technical insight, malfunctions are resolved quickly and you prevent downtime wherever possible.

Additionally, you analyze technical bottlenecks, initiate improvement projects, and contribute to investments, overhauls, and sustainability projects within the plant. You are responsible for the maintenance policy and ensure that installations continue to function safely, efficiently, and according to applicable standards.

You also play an important role in monitoring product quality. Together with operators and the laboratory, you ensure that our asphalt mixtures meet the specified quality requirements and certifications such as FPC and BRL 9320.

Although you manage and coordinate a few employees, the emphasis of this position lies explicitly on technology, installations, and process optimization.
