Climate Technology Project Leader in the Netherlands

At AA Installatie Groep, we are looking for a Climate Technology Project Leader who enjoys taking responsibility, contributes technical thinking, and maintains an overview of their projects.

You will work on medium-sized utility projects within HVAC and climate technology in Zuid-Holland and the Randstad. You will be given the space to make independent decisions, work closely with a dedicated technical team, and have direct contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

As a Climate Technology Project Leader, you are responsible for the technical, organizational, and financial successful realization of medium-sized utility projects.

You supervise projects from design and preparation through to delivery. In doing so, you maintain an overview of planning, quality, and budget, and ensure that all parties involved work together effectively.

You are not only responsible for the end result but also receive the space to determine for yourself how you organize and successfully complete your projects.

• Independently managing and supervising climate and HVAC projects from design to delivery.

• Preparing and reviewing calculations and technical designs.

• Monitoring project budgets, planning, quality, and progress.

• Coordinating technicians, work preparation, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Maintaining direct contact with clients and other involved parties.

• Collaborating in construction teams and contributing ideas for technical solutions and improvements.

• Identifying and monitoring extra work, less work, and commercial opportunities.

• Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.

We are looking for a project leader who understands technology, maintains an overview, and knows how to engage people in the execution of projects.

• You possess an MBO or HBO professional and thinking level in the field of installation technology.

• You have knowledge of technical installation designs.

• You have broad technical knowledge of HVAC, climate, and mechanical engineering installations.

• Preferably, you have at least five years of experience in a similar role.

• You have experience in supervising technical projects or managing teams.

• You can make independent decisions and monitor quality, planning, and financial progress.

• You communicate easily with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

• You possess a Category B driver's license.
