As an asphalt finisher, you are an important skilled professional within the asphalt crew. You create tight joints and ensure the preparation and finishing of asphalt. You work neatly and ensure that the tools are ready and hanging on the asphalt paver on time. You also ensure that everything is left tidy again at the end of your shift. Within the work, you also regularly lay out your own guide lines using spray paint and a chalk line, based on the indicated dimensions.

Safety comes first and you work according to procedures and guidelines such as VCA and GPI. Because of this, it is also important that you have a good command of the Dutch language. Additionally, you signal deviations and contribute ideas for improvements. You communicate frequently with the Site Manager and the Foreman, but also with your colleagues in the crew. They are all employed by Strukton, and ideally, you will celebrate your first anniversary with us together with your colleagues in 5 years.
