· A hybrid position for 32 to 40 hours per week

· A full-time salary starting from 5000 euros per four weeks, paid out in 13 periods

Calculating projects that visibly contribute to the living environment of tomorrow. As an estimator at Gebr. Van Kessel Sport en Cultuurtechniek, you lay the financial foundation for roof gardens, sports parks, area developments, and green public spaces. You ensure that plans are correct before they are executed, thereby playing a key role in the success of our projects and tenders.

As an estimator, you are responsible for preparing reliable cost calculations and estimates in various project phases. You analyze specifications, drawings, and contract documents and translate these into complete and realistic budgets. You work closely with project managers, site planners, and tender teams and make a direct contribution to winning tenders.

The role of estimator is of great importance to the organization. The quality of your calculations determines whether we can bid competitively and responsibly. Within tenders, you provide insight into costs, risks, and opportunities and provide direction for choices in execution and planning. In doing so, you help determine the result and the continuity of Gebr. Van Kessel Sport en Cultuurtechniek.

· Preparing cost budgets and calculations for projects and tenders

· Analyzing RAW specifications, UAV GC contracts, and MEAT requests

· Determining quantities, execution methods, and material choices

· Requesting and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors

· Identifying and calculating risks and optimizations

· Providing a clear handover to the project team after contract award

Within Sport en Cultuurtechniek, we work on a great diversity of projects and disciplines. We realize, among other things, roof gardens, site layouts, sports fields, green projects, and civil works. Recently, we completed multidisciplinary projects such as Tripolis Park at the Zuidas in Amsterdam and the public landscaping around Station Ede Wageningen.
