The role
Do you have experience in car damage repair and do you get energy from planning and making calculations?
For Van Mossel Autoschade in Bergen op Zoom, we are looking for a calculator who is the pivot between the customer, the workshop, and the insurer.
What you'll do
As a calculator at Van Mossel Autoschade in Bergen op Zoom, you are the first point of contact for customers with damage to their vehicle. You welcome them, inspect the damage, discuss repair possibilities, and ensure that their wishes are correctly recorded. Subsequently, you create a detailed calculation in our system (Audatex/DeltaW), add the work to the schedule, and maintain contact with insurance companies and suppliers. You play a crucial role in the damage repair process and ensure that the customer is helped quickly and professionally.
