Location Manager | Daycare and After-school Care 't Dijkje and Groene Dijk Andijk

As a location manager at Partou in Andijk, you are the driving force behind your team. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your childcare location and you play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. In doing so, you lead an enthusiastic team of pedagogical staff and ensure optimal collaboration.

As location manager of **KDV en BSO 't Dijkje** and **BSO De Groene Dijk**, you will join two dedicated and cozy locations in the heart of Andijk. A wonderful opportunity to temporarily make a difference within stable teams where children, parents, and colleagues know each other and where a warm, homely atmosphere is central.

**'t Dijkje** offers daycare and after-school care under one roof. At this location, action, coziness, and tranquility go hand in hand. Every day, children play outside on the spacious square, discover challenging play areas, cycle through the large hall, and enjoy healthy meals together. There is plenty of room for development, movement, and fun, both indoors and outdoors. Every day, the team creates an environment in which children quickly feel at home and can be themselves.

At **BSO De Groene Dijk**, located in the village hall of Andijk, adventure is central. Here, children can participate in creative, sporty, and culinary activities. From a game of football in the gym to building huts on the playground or baking a vegetable pizza: no two days are the same. The location offers plenty of opportunities for children to discover their talents and gain new experiences.

As location manager, you manage both locations and work together with an experienced assistant location manager who is present at the sites. You will join a stable working environment with dedicated teams and short lines of communication. This concerns a temporary position due to maternity cover **until September 1st**, with the expectation that there will be possibilities for a follow-up step within Partou in the North Holland region thereafter.

You will work **30 hours per week**, spread over 3.5, 4, or 5 days, whereby presence on **Friday** is important due to the on-call function. A versatile role for a leader who loves to connect, inspire, and build on quality.
