At Van Hattum en Blankevoort, we think about the future. It is incredibly important to us to deliver our projects successfully. In doing so, we depend on many factors, including in particular the commitment of our people. How can we make our organization more flexible, so that we are ready for the employee of the future? We are looking for an enthusiastic university student in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar, who wants to conduct research into this.

We are looking for a student who wants to conduct research into the needs and flexibility of our organization and (future) employees. Which generations does our organization consist of and what do they find important in their work? And what must we, as an organization, respond to in order to be (and remain) attractive to our people in the future? We would like to determine the form in which these questions can be investigated and answered together with you.

To guide you as well as possible, we have founded Student Connection. We believe that young employees are essential to our future and therefore like to invest in students through this channel. You will get the chance to network within your own (internship) company, but also within other VolkerWessels enterprises. It is a collaboration between Van Hattum en Blankevoort, VolkerRail, Vialis, and KWS.

All of this takes place in the form of organized events. Through these, we like to offer students the opportunity to develop themselves within our company. Perhaps after your internship you will even stay with Van Hattum and Blankevoort to start in a trainee or entry-level position!

• An internship allowance of € 550 to € 650 per month.
