At SWARCO, HR Support is not a job where you only work through lists and process changes. You are given the space to discover, improve, and take the lead yourself.

AFAS is your playground. You dive into it, figure out how something works, and see where it can be smarter. Then, you do something about it. Setting up a workflow more intelligently? Creating an annual plan for AFAS? Tackling an HR process? You make the plan and get it done.

Of course, you also ensure that daily HR Support is running smoothly. But you always look one step ahead. You ask questions, see opportunities, take initiative, and bring colleagues along with you.

Not a passive role. No two days are the same. But you do have the freedom to truly make HR better.​​​​​​​

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• 5+ years of experience in HR Support or HR Operations;

• You know AFAS InSite & Profit well and want to get even more out of it;

• You get energy from processes, data, and improvement;

• You take on projects independently and maintain control;

• You are curious, entrepreneurial, and engage people;

• Available for at least 32 hours.

€3,500 - €4,700 gross per month, 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days, good pension scheme, laptop and phone, and above all: the space to implement your ideas.

You will join an HR team of 14 colleagues where hard work is done, but where there is also plenty of laughter.
