Procurement Internship NPR

Behind the colorful creations of Vlisco lies a world of procurement and collaboration. During your internship, you will support the team with daily procurement activities, work together with colleagues and suppliers, and learn how procurement processes operate within an international textile company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Checking and processing OR lists (Order Requisitions);

• Creating and sending purchase orders (POs) to suppliers;

• Creating and registering new suppliers in the system;

• Linking order confirmations to the corresponding purchase orders and checking if the data matches;

• Creating and sending Van de Putte vouchers to the relevant persons;

• Drafting and registering non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in Gatekeeper, the contract management system;

• Answering and following up on questions regarding ORs and POs received via email;

• Modifying and updating existing purchase orders;

• Checking the validity of VCA certificates.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) in the direction of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related;

• You speak English and Dutch;

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail;

• You are organized and can maintain a good overview of various tasks;

• You communicate clearly and enjoy having contact with colleagues and suppliers;

• You are proactive, eager to learn, and take on tasks independently;

• You are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The conditions applicable to you as an intern are listed below.

• A challenging and educational working internship of 16 weeks or longer;

• An internship allowance of €450,- per month based on 32-40 hours (or pro rata);

• A workplace located in the center of Helmond, within walking distance of the station;
