Internal Communications Intern

Do you want to discover during your internship how you can inform, inspire, and connect colleagues through communication? As an Internal Communications Intern, we offer you the chance to apply your ideas and creativity and work directly on communication that is truly visible within the organization. From internal newsletters and communication screens to onboarding and various HR projects: no two days are the same!

During this internship, you will work closely with the HR team and will have plenty of room to learn, take initiative, and develop yourself. Additionally, there is space for your own project or school assignment.

• You support the drafting, writing, and distribution of internal newsletters, so that colleagues stay informed about important updates and developments;

• You manage and populate the internal communication screens with relevant and up-to-date content, such as announcements, events, and company information;

• You take on various communication projects and support the preparation and execution of internal communication initiatives;

• You help with the execution of the onboarding process, so that new employees quickly feel welcome and well-informed;

• You are given the space to carry out your own project, school assignment, or research that aligns with internal communication and your personal learning goals;

• You support the creation of clear and attractive presentations for colleagues;

• You contribute to the communication surrounding various projects, such as the MTO (Employee Satisfaction Survey), PMO (Periodic Medical Examination), and regarding the OR (Works Council).

• You are curious and enjoy learning new things;

• You like to take initiative and think actively along.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The conditions applicable to you as an intern are listed below.

• A challenging and educational working internship of 16 weeks or longer;

• An internship allowance of €450,- per month based on 32-40 hours (or pro rata);

• A workplace located in the center of Helmond, within walking distance of the station;
