Requirements

What we're looking for

A completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
Multiple years of experience as a Technical Manager, Project Leader, or Lead Engineer, preferably in the energy market
Knowledge of medium and/or high voltage and of NEN 3140 / NEN 3840
Experience with systems engineering, requirements management, and quality assurance

Languages

You communicate concisely, powerfully, and persuasively, in Dutch and English

The role

As Technical Manager at Omexom Projecten Zuid-West, you are responsible for the technical success of our energy projects in Zeeland and the Rotterdam region. From Dordrecht, you ensure that the design meets all requirements, is easily transferable to execution, and that quality and safety are guaranteed in every phase.

What you'll do

You manage design and realization work packages according to the PDCA cycle, including requirements analysis and verification.
You draw up verification and inspection plans and ensure acceptance by the client.
You coordinate design and realization activities and handle deviations.
You ensure a structured handover between engineering and execution.
You guarantee H&S aspects and implement partial quality plans on the construction site.
You perform zero, intermediate, and final inspections and serve as the technical point of contact for the client.
