• A salary between €5,095 and €7,216 gross per month (40 hours);
• 8% holiday allowance, 3% fixed year-end bonus, and a 12% variable bonus;

As Technical Manager, you and your team are responsible for the technical state and reliability of the plant. You manage performance, costs, and continuous improvement, and you make an active contribution to the strategic objectives of the factory. You work closely with other departments and are an important sparring partner within the plant team.

You lead a department consisting of, among others, the Technical Service Team Leader, Work Preparation, a Technical Coordinator, Engineers, and indirectly approximately 15 technicians.

• Initiating, guiding, and securing improvement processes within the department;
• Improving the performance of the production lines and increasing operational efficiency;
• Stimulating and further expanding a strong continuous-improvement culture;
• Strengthening the department's contribution to the strategic goals of the plant;
• Being a member of the plant team and co-responsible for realizing the plant strategy;
• Managing, coaching, and developing the Technical Service based on KPIs;
• Drafting and monitoring budgets, KPIs, and the CAPEX plan;
• Prioritizing and monitoring technical projects and maintenance activities;
• Ensuring a high level of technical knowledge within the team;
• Optimizing processes and securing quality and safety;
• Reporting to and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
