As a Data & AI Engineer, you will actually add smart AI to our customers' data, so they can derive immediate more value from it. You work practically and hands-on: at the intersection of data science, data engineering, cloud engineering, and software development, you ensure that data comes to life with AI. Together with your colleagues, you integrate AI solutions into existing processes, making data not only more insightful but also contributing directly to better decision-making and more efficient working. Reliability, security, and concrete impact are always the priority.

You focus on designing, developing, and refining advanced AI solutions, such as generative AI and LLMs, with an emphasis on leveraging the latest AI techniques. You bring these models into production by using modern MLOps methods. Additionally, you build robust AI platforms in Azure and switch to other cloud environments when necessary. The integration of AI into business processes occurs, for example, via APIs, SDKs, or copilots, where you employ smart methodologies and advanced prompt engineering to link AI directly to the characteristics of the organization.

You work closely with your fellow data engineers, architects, specialists, and of course, with customers. You guide implementations and help employees embrace AI solutions so that they deliver lasting value. You also actively contribute to our internal AI community and share your knowledge during knowledge sessions to grow together.
