As a Contract Manager at VanderLinden, you switch effortlessly between managing maintenance contracts, brainstorming with customers, and advising on smart and sustainable installations. You fulfill a leadership role for your team and ensure that everything within your portfolio runs smoothly. At the same time, you maintain control over both contracts and finances. • You advise on the design and optimization of maintenance contracts, focusing among other things on sustainability and performance.
• You are responsible for contract design, contract management, and the optimization and performance of our customers' installations in the areas of reliability, availability, cost, efficiency, and safety.
• You analyze your maintenance data and translate this into reports and concrete advice for the customer.
• You monitor the agreements laid down in the contracts and the financial progress.
• You contribute to the further professionalization and standardization of the Business Unit Maintenance.
• You provide hierarchical leadership to Contract Managers and report to the Business Unit General Manager.

• A permanent contract of 32-40 hours per week with the possibility to work partially from home.
