Vendor or Contract Manager

• A few years of relevant work experience, for example in a process-oriented or administrative role

• Affinity with IT and working within an IT environment

• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

• A proactive attitude in gathering the right information from the right stakeholders

• Ability to map out processes, follow up, and analyze critically

• Good command of Dutch and English

• You enjoy collaborating with different teams such as Finance, Security, Legal, and Tools

• Experience with ISO 27001 and/or NIS2 is a plus

At Voys, we are looking for someone who brings oversight to contracts and suppliers, with a focus on IT. Not a classic vendor manager who negotiates rates, but someone who ensures that agreements are correct, remain up to date, and are complied with. You don't need to be a lawyer or a security specialist. However, you should be someone who reads sharply, documents well, and knows when to involve the right colleagues.

You are the fixed point of contact regarding IT contracts and suppliers. From the moment a contract starts until its renewal or termination, you maintain oversight and ensure that agreements are complied with.

Concretely, this means you manage and update contracts, check whether invoicing and price changes are correct, signal changes in terms, and monitor performance agreements. In doing so, you work closely with Legal, Security, and Finance: they review the content, while you ensure that everything is properly recorded, followed, and followed up on.

Contract and vendor management is currently divided across multiple roles, from our Legal, Security, and Finance teams and colleagues who have engaged a supplier. This works, but it can be more efficient.

Suppliers regularly change terms, prices, or ways of working, especially in IT and information security. It is essential that we map this from start to finish and involve the right teams in a timely manner in the CLM (contract lifecycle management).

The challenge lies in providing oversight, fixed working methods, and timely signaling before something becomes a problem.

• A role within the Operations team, which also includes Security, Legal, Data, and Tools
