What we're looking for

HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
Experience within installation technology, service & maintenance, or contract management
In possession of VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain it)
Strong in communication and relationship management
Commercial insight and result-orientedness
Organizationally strong and able to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Experience with MJOBs and maintenance processes is a plus
In possession of a valid driver's license
Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

The role

To expand our enthusiastic and driven team, we are looking for several Technical Contract Managers Service & Maintenance. In this role, you are responsible for the management, optimization, and commercial success of maintenance contracts within the installation technology sector.

As a Technical Contract Manager, you are the central point of contact for your customer portfolio within utility and commercial real estate. You ensure that maintenance contracts are not only executed correctly, but also yield optimal results technically, operationally, and commercially. You work at a tactical and strategic level and interface daily with clients, service coordinators, and internal teams. Together, you ensure a smooth course of service and maintenance activities and high customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Managing and optimizing service and maintenance contracts
Drafting and monitoring Multi-Year Maintenance Budgets (MJOB)
Analyzing and discussing maintenance reports with clients
Translating contract agreements and inspections into concrete activities
Coordinating service activities and contract-bound projects
Acting as the technical and substantive point of contact for customers
Aligning with internal stakeholders such as service coordinators and project teams
Identifying and utilizing commercial opportunities (additional work, optimizations)
Monitoring progress, quality, safety, and yield
Managing contract and customer data in systems such as ERP and customer portals
