Contract Manager

Lead contracts for some of the most important and iconic infrastructure constructions in the Netherlands to a successful result. Think of the Afsluitdijk, Oosterscheldekering, and IJssel bridges over the A12. With your expertise in contract management, you will represent both the interests of the client and those of Hollandia.

As a contract manager, you are responsible for starting, managing, and successfully completing our contracts. You ensure clear agreements, correct compliance, and the timely handling of changes or risks. With your knowledge of UAV and UAV-GC and your legal expertise, you ensure smooth cooperation with clients.

In complex tenders, you advise the tender manager and lay the foundation for a good contractual implementation of projects. During all project phases, you ensure a clear interpretation, application, and compliance with contract conditions. Your duties further consist of:

• Analyzing and mitigating contractual risks and opportunities in collaboration with the project team

• Acting as a point of contact for the project team regarding contractual issues in legal, technical, and commercial fields

• Negotiating complex disputes and topics, where you balance the organizational interest and the interest of the client

• Monitoring the financial settlement of contracts, including the drafting and management of claims, extra work, and changes

• Contributing to the periodic internal evaluation of projects and the further professionalization of contract management within Hollandia Services

You are ambitious, commercially minded, and take ownership of your part of the project. You have an affinity with construction projects and communicate clearly with various stakeholders. Additionally, you have experience in construction teams and/or two-phase projects. Furthermore, we require:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in a legal or technical direction

• At least 3 years of experience with contract management in construction or infra

• Knowledge of UAV and UAV-GC contracts
