Contract Manager

• A salary between 68,000 and 85,000 per year.
• 43 vacation days (of which 13 are paid).

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in the fight against climate change. With us, it is all about making an impact: we work on the sustainability of nearly 8 million homes in the Netherlands. We do this by providing sustainable heat and cooling to homes and buildings. You can play a crucial role in this.

What will you do?
As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing contracts. You ensure that contract objectives align with the project context and that risks are mitigated in a timely manner. You work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams such as Development, Project Management, and Legal.

You develop contract strategies, monitor supplier performance, and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you initiate evaluation meetings to adapt strategies to changing circumstances. Your work contributes directly to our mission: a more sustainable future for the Netherlands.

• A hybrid working environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
