Requirements

What we're looking for

You have experience with the calculation and preparation of technical projects.
You possess sound knowledge of electrotechnical installations, control technology, and industrial automation.
You are able to read, interpret, and assess electrical diagrams, drawings, and documentation. Additionally, you have knowledge of electrotechnical components and panel building.
You have knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and legislation. Knowledge of the European Machinery Regulation, risk assessments, and CE conformity is a plus.
Experience with logistical systems and material handling. Knowledge of intralogistics solutions is a plus.
You work analytically, accurately, and with cost awareness. You organize your work in a structured manner, think in practical solutions, and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

The role

As a Calculator / Work Preparer, you ensure that technical projects get off to a good start through thorough preparation. You translate technical information into accurate calculations and budgets, and you provide support with quotations. In doing so, you look beyond just the numbers: you think along regarding materials, hours, planning, and practical solutions. You work together with Client Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Purchasing, and Technicians to prepare projects with sound technical and financial substantiation. In this role, you can count on diverse technical challenges within industrial automation and logistical systems.
