QA/QC Employee

• A salary between € 3,100 and € 3,700 gross per month based on full-time employment.

In doing so, you work in a structured manner, record matters carefully, and know how to involve colleagues in your findings. You switch easily between different departments and feel at home in a technical production environment where quality and continuous improvement are important.

You will work both on the shop floor and behind the scenes to monitor and improve the quality of our products and processes. A large part of your time will be spent in production, where you perform checks, assess results, and identify areas for improvement. In doing so, you look not only at what is happening, but especially at why something is happening. You investigate deviations, map out causes, and translate your findings into concrete improvement actions. In this role, you will have a lot of contact with colleagues from various departments. You will coordinate with production, QC, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality agreements are met and improvements are actually implemented. Thanks to your accurate way of working and analytical eye, you will make an important contribution to further increasing the quality within our organization.

In addition, you will be involved in:

• Preparing rejection and quality reports.
• Implementing and following up on improvement measures.
• Coordinating quality issues with colleagues from production, QC, and QA.
• Monitoring the progress and follow-up of quality actions.
