Requirements

What we're looking for

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree (food technology, food, agricultural, or similar)
• Experience in QA within the food industry (e.g., QA Coordinator / Supervisor)
• Knowledge of quality systems (BRC, IFS, IKB, BLK, ISO 9001)
• Experience with improvement projects and audits
• Leadership experience (or clear ambition in this area)
• You are analytical, decisive, and stand firm in your shoes
• You switch easily between the shop floor and management
• You speak Dutch and English

What you'll do

• You are the driving force behind quality and food safety at the location
• You lead a team of 3 quality employees and involve them in improvements
• You work closely with the QA Manager, production, and management
• You prepare for audits and ensure we are always "audit-ready"
• You analyze deviations and convert them into concrete improvement actions (CAPAs, KPIs)
• You are the point of contact for customers and complaints
• You provide training and actively build a strong food safety culture
• You initiate improvement projects regarding quality, animal welfare, and process integrity
• You replace the QA Manager when necessary
