At Olenex, you make quality visible in practice. As a QA Associate, you are the link between quality systems and daily operations. You support audits, manage quality documentation, analyze deviations, and translate HACCP, FSSC 22000, and customer requirements into practical solutions. In doing so, you work both in the office and at the production site, where you implement improvements together with colleagues and further strengthen quality and food safety. With your approach, you make the connection between paperwork and practice.

You make the connection between quality systems and daily operations. Using HACCP, FSSC 22000, and customer requirements as a basis, you safeguard processes, monitor deviations, and work together with colleagues on continuous improvement.

· Managing deviations and performing root cause analyses.

· Supporting the continuous improvement program through analyses, reporting, and improvement actions.

· Performing internal audits as part of the European audit team.

· Performing hygiene and GMP inspections at the Dutch locations.

· Managing the pest control program and coordinating actions.

· Providing training in the areas of quality, food safety, and GMP.

· Participating in local HACCP teams.

· Managing quality documentation and document management systems.

· Leading and supporting quality and improvement projects.

· Supporting external audits and inspections.

· Weekly visits to our locations in Zaandam and Vondelingenplaat for the purpose of quality activities and operational support.

You combine QA knowledge with a practical approach. You understand the principles behind quality systems and food safety standards, but also know how important it is that these are workable in daily practice. You communicate easily with colleagues at all levels, ask the right questions, and actively contribute to improvements.
