Quality Inspector

• Independently performing product inspections (during and at the end of operational processes such as assembly and service) and conducting production audits across various departments

• Monitoring the established tolerance limits and independently deciding on the acceptance or rejection of delivered products and performed quality inspections

• Identifying quality deviations, addressing them immediately, and holding internal responsible parties and employees accountable for complying with quality regulations

• Accurately recording the results of all inspections, preparing clear reports, and ensuring efficient registration of all qualitative actions

• Discussing the progress and results of inspections with the PQ Manager and Teamlead QA & QC, and feeding findings back to the relevant departments

• Advising the PQ Engineer on the frequency and scope of required inspections and contributing to the effective running of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes

• Maintaining contacts regarding quality processes within the internal organization as well as with the international corporate organization

• Availability of MBO (level 4) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field of study

• At least 2 years of work experience in a production environment working with a quality system such as ISO 9001

• Demonstrable experience with "tinkering" (as a hobby or as a mechanic) and the ability to read technical drawings flawlessly

• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (such as ISO 9001, AQAP), measurement protocols, inspection and measurement techniques, and preferably a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

• Good command of automated software systems such as MS Office; experience with Agile and SAP is a strong plus

• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written; knowledge of the German language is a plus

• Possessing an eye for detail, the courage to address deviations and procedures, and strong communication skills to explain results clearly
