Project Quality Manager

• Project documentation; QM Plan, Process Flow Chart, Inspection Instruction
• Determining measurement and analysis methods and measuring tools to be used in the context of sub-component and final product control
• Coordination of improvement measures with multidisciplinary (international) teams in the event of quality problems with significant impact on customer satisfaction
• Advising the Material Review Board (MRB) on rejected parts and participating in the decision-making regarding the outcome
• Supporting the organization during feasibility studies and the creation of product requirements in relation to the production processes of (international) suppliers
• Participating in consultation structures with clients, suppliers, and inspection authorities (English and German)
• Directing PQ team members

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and/or thinking level, preferably in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment with a quality system
• Leadership/directing capabilities
• Experience with audit techniques or internal auditor training; Lead auditor is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Knowledge of international quality systems such as ISO 9001 and AQAP.
• Experience with automated systems such as MS Office; knowledge of Agile and SAP is a plus
• Skill in reading technical drawings and applying measurement and control techniques
• Knowledge of standards for acceptance and rejection, quality procedures, and relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Good command of the English language; German is a plus
