The role

What will you do?

The goal of the NPI Project Leader is to realize a set-up production process across all QLTC aspects (quality, logistics, technology, and cost) according to PGP, so that hardware can be produced predictably and within budget. The role focuses on the parallel coordination and realization of both project plans and the actual hardware. A working day consists of an alternation of meetings, elaborating plans, and monitoring progress. Think of project team meetings, customer contact, and reporting to program management or MT. In addition, regular space arises for ad-hoc coordination or escalations and occasional customer visits. The project leader actively manages progress and results in this regard. The activities consist of:

What you'll do

Initially defining an approach plan, including the set prerequisites and objectives for various projects
Carefully assembling the project teams and monitoring and adjusting the effectiveness and efficiency of the teams and their working methods
Managing and supporting the project team members, including defining and distributing tasks and responsibilities within the project
Supporting the Factory Engineer in drafting a detailed plan for the technical execution of the project. This plan must fit within the project's prerequisites.
Planning and controlling capacity, costs, and budgets within the project in relation to the agreed milestones and objectives
Monthly reporting on the status, progress, and finances of the project
Monitoring the quality of the project's input and output, including the associated reporting
